All prices quoted are for the entire house, regardless of number of guests. Maximum capacity is 6 guests including children & infants.
If your search shows that there are no available rooms, it may be due to the following minimum stay requirements:
2 Nights (Regular Periods)
4 Nights (School Holidays)
7 Nights (Christmas Period)

Booking Terms
A copy of your driver's license is required at the time of full payment for verification purposes.
A refundable security deposit of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card 48 hours prior to check-in. This security deposit will be refunded shortly after your stay, provided no damages occur during your time at the property. Exact refund processing times can vary depending on banks, this is unfortunately out of our control. If any damages are discovered, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Please note that entry codes for the property will only be provided once the security deposit is collected and a copy of your driver's license has been received.
We provide essential items to get you started, including bed linen, bath towels, basic kitchen supplies, dishwashing liquid,
dishwasher tablets and a small amount of laundry powder. Beach towels are not provided.
PARTIES and GATHERINGS are NOT permitted.
This property is intended strictly for quiet stays. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Exterior security camera's have been installed to monitor guest arrival numbers. Guests found violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund provided. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in maintaining the residential nature of our neighbourhood.
